52 year old male abdominoplasty & chest resection after massive weight loss

52 year old male had achieved his major weight loss goals of 40kgs.

Abdominoplasty & chest wedge resection (mastectomy) with free nipple grafting.

This patient was informed that due to his skin type and history of dark scars that permanent visible scarring was likely.

The after photos are taken 5 years post operative. The patient did not attend 3 and 12 month follow ups, and represented 5 years later for another related procedure.
