67 year old male lower eyelid ectropion repair

67 year old male with complications after an upper and lower blepharoplasty in Thailand. Dr Sandercoe performed a lower eyelid ectropion repair to reposition the lower eyelid and improve the function of the tear film of that eye.

After photos are taken 3 months post operatively.
