67 year old female corset abdominoplasty for redundant skin after massive weight loss
67 year old female. Abdominoplasty for symptomatic redundant skin after massive weight loss.
Operation – 4cm rectus divarication repaired. 4.9kg pannus (skin & fat) resected – measuring up to 30cm horizontal, 15cm vertical
After photos taken at 3 Months post operative. Patient was weight stable.
The scars will continue to fade with time and should reach maturity at about 12 months
