56 year old female brachioplasty for redundant skin after massive weight loss

56 year old female with massive weight loss and redundant skin on her arms impacting her activities of daily living.

The surgical marker on the behind pre-op photo shows typical buttock & thigh lift surgical planning.

After photos are taken 12 months post operative. Patient was weight stable.
