52 year old female abdominoplasty for redundant skin after massive weight loss
52 year old female. Abdominoplasty for symptomatic post pregnancy rectus divarication / diastasis. Breast reduction performed at the same time.
Operation – 2cm post pregnancy rectus divarication repaired. 1.3kg pannus (skin & fat) resection. 400cc liposuction per love handle
After photos taken at 3 Months post operative. Patient was weight stable.
The scars will continue to fade with time and should reach maturity at about 12 months
