51 year old female abdominoplasty for redundant skin after massive weight loss
51 year old female. Abdominoplasty for symptomatic redundant skin after massive weight loss.
Operation – 2cm post pregnancy rectus divarication repaired. 605g pannus (skin & fat) resected
After photos taken at 3 Months post operative. Patient was weight stable.
The scars will continue to fade and reach maturity at about 12 months.
