48 year old female abdominoplasty for symptomatic post pregnancy rectus diastasis
48 year old female. Abdominoplasty for symptomatic post pregnancy rectus divarication / diastasis.
Operation – 3cm rectus divarication repaired, 905g pannus (skin & fat) resected.
After photos taken at 3 Months post operative. Patient weight stable. BMI 28.8
The scar will continue to fade and should reach maturity at about 12 months.
