45 year old female breast implant removal (explant) + complete capsulectomy

45 year old female with breast implant removal (explant) and complete capsulectomy.

225cc macrotextured anatomical implants with capsular contracture removed from a dual plane pocket. Pec major repair.

The dropping of the inframammary fold from the augmentation surgery becomes apparent after the implant is removed.

Mastopexy not necessary.

After photos are taken 3 months post operatively.
