44 year old female abdominoplasty for symptomatic post pregnancy rectus diastasis
44 year old female. Abdominoplasty for symptomatic post pregnancy rectus divarication / diastasis.
Operation – 3cm rectus divarication repaired. 2kg pannus resection (skin & fat). 500cc liposuction per love handle
After photos taken at 3 Months post operative. Patient was weight stable.
The scars will continue to fade with time and should reach maturity at about 12 months
