31 year old female with breast implant removal (explant), complete capsulectomy and immediate mastopexy.

These photos show the limitations in surgical planning of nipple height when the upper breast border is not established, and also the limitations of a lollipop scar in managing the excess skin at the inframammary fold.

410cc implants with capsular contracture removed from a dual plane pocket. Pec major repair.

After photos are taken 6 months post operatively.
