36 year old female after massive weight loss.

Textured round moderate profile 275cc implants were placed in a dual plane (under the muscle and breast gland pocket). The nipple was then repositioned over the new breast base and breast tissue adjusted to fit.

Mastopexy (breast lift) is a procedure that lifts the nipple and reshapes the breast with the intent of minimising the volume or weight removed.
