52 year old patient post Fleur De Lys abdominoplasty and mastopexy after massive weight loss. Her pre-existing midline vertical scar was revised and used to remove excess skin and fat vertically as well as horizontally.

This patient appears in multiple galleries. She proceeded to have thigh & arm reduction surgery later.
