58 year old female upper blepharoplasty

58 year old female upper blepharoplasty (eyelid reduction). Due to the position of her upper eyelid in primary gaze, this patient would have benefited from a ptosis repair / levator plication but declined.

After photos are taken 3 months post operatively.
