39 year old male. Corset abdominoplasty for redundant skin after massive weight loss

Operation – 2.75kg pannus (skin & fat) resected, up to 20cm horizontally. 500cc liposuction to each love handle

After photos taken at 3 Months post operative. Patient was weight stable.

The scars will continue to fade with time and should reach maturity at about 12 months
