50 year old female breast reduction for symptomatic breast hypertrophy and abdominoplasty

50 year old female. Breast reduction for back / neck + shoulder pain caused by heavy breasts. Abdominoplasty for symptomatic post pregnancy rectus divarication performed at the same time.

Weight resected (R) 389g (L) 422g

After photos are taken 3 months post operative. Patient was weight stable.
