45 year old female corset abdominoplasty for redundant skin after massive weight loss
45 year old female. Corset abdominoplasty for symptomatic redundant skin after massive weight loss – over 50kg lost!
Operation – 1.6kg pannus (skin & fat) resected. The umbilicus was not viable due to prior operations/scars.
After photos taken at 3 Months post operative. Patient weight stable. BMI 26.6
The scars will continue to fade with time and should reach maturity at about 12 months
