40 year old female breast reduction for symptomatic breast hypertrophy and abdominoplasty

40 year old female. Breast reduction for back / neck + shoulder pain caused by heavy breasts. Abdominoplasty for symptomatic post pregnancy rectus divarication performed at the same time.

Weight resected (R) 223g (L) 172g

After photos are 3 months post operative. Patient is weight stable. BMI 29.6
